Liza Soberano experiences COVID-19 scare on New Year's eve

Young star Liza Soberano has revealed that she experienced anxiety on New Year's eve after she felt unwell, thinking it might be related to COVID-19.

Liza opened up about it when she joined an Instagram trend "post a pic of..." where one of her fans requested her New Year's eve photo.

In the picture, Liza could be seen wearing a face mask along with her family.

"Literally the only photo I have. I have been sick for the past few days and sometime after this photo I was getting paranoid that it might be COVID. Thank God, I tested negative yesterday," she wrote on Jan. 2.

Aside from Liza, stars like Aiko Melendez and Kris Aquino have also shared their COVID-19 scare stories.
