ICYMI: Conti's opens first drive-thru concept store

It's also the brand's 50th store

50th store of Conti's

Conti's Bakeshop and Restaurant has been the home for many Filipinos with a severe case of sweet tooth. Who could say no to its savory meals, most especially its cakes and baked goods? Its famous Mango Bravo cake has been the cherry on top of any occasion thanks to its mammoth size, varying textures, and, of course, delicious mix of mango and chocolate mousse.

Unfortunately, during the initial months of the pandemic, it became a challenge for its patrons to get their favorites from their stores due to the mandated health and safety protocols. That's why for its 50th store in the country, Conti's launched its first-ever concept store complete with a drive-thru service in Anabu, Imus, Cavite. Through it, customers can get their cakes, ensaymadas, and more in the safest way possible.

Conti's drive-thru service

"This is, I believe, the first cake concept drive-thru in the Philippines that's why it is an important milestone for us," says Patricia Tan, general manager of Conti's.

In partnership with Phoenix Petroleum Philippines Corp., the concept drive-thru store was inaugurated last June 22, 2021 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Contis's CEO and president Joey Garcia; Jay Art Tugade, president of Phoenix Southern Petroleum Corp.; and Cecile Marañon and Angela Martinez, two of the founders of the iconic bakeshop.

In a statement, Conti’s expresses its desires to delight more people and commits to open more drive-thru concept stores and branches all over the country.
