The Singaporean-British actress is on a hot streak!
Jessica Henwick is fast becoming a regular face on Netflix.
After acing key roles in Marvel’s “Iron Fist” and “The Defenders,” the actress is now set to be part of “Knives Out 2.”
The 28-year-old actress-writer has been added by director Rian Johnson to the murder mystery sequel’s roster of possible suspects.
Henwick joins an already star-studded cast that includes Kate Hudson, Edward Norton, Dave Bautista, Kathryn Hahn, Leslie Odom, Jr., Janelle Monae, Madelyn Cline and lead actor Daniel Craig.
The Surrey England-born actress has been steadily growing in her roles over the years. Key acting gigs for Henwick includes “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” “Game Of Thrones” as one of the Sand Snake sisters, Nymeria Sands, and “Underwater” to name a few.
Kenwick will also star in a key role in the upcoming “Matrix 4” movie with its original lead stars Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss.
“The Knives Out” franchise drew a record deal with Netflix when the former netted a 400 million-dollar deal with the streaming giant for the next two installments for the whodunnit series, which follows the cases of detective Benoit Blanc, played by Daniel Craig.
Meanwhile Kenwick’s star continues to grow with her involvement on another on-going production, this time acting with Ryan Gosling and Chris Evans on “The Gray Man.”
