Bangkok, Thailand was always on our list when we would travel overseas. (nung malaya pa tayong lumipad kung saan saan!) We just love the place, food, shopping and the people! (lalo na pag pogi!) That’s why I immediately said yes to the invitation of a popular telecommunications company to host its virtual event featuring Thai superstars Gulf Kanawut, Nonkul Chanon and Mario Maurer. (hindi ako tumatanggi sa mga boys at sa talent fee!)
It happened last Tuesday via Facebook live. I was at a studio in Manila while the boys were at their respective locations in Thailand. (feeling international ako!) I got so excited when I first saw them on the monitor. They really exude that celebrity image. No wonder, girls from different parts of the world (at yung mga pagirl) are dreaming about these boys. (ang popogi nyo bro!)
Their first assignment was a media conference. Friends from TV, print and online had the chance to interview them. (pati mga guest na nagtatanong halatang kinikilig!) This was followed by a main show for the fans where I got the chance to put them in a fun question and answer segment and exciting challenges. (kineme ko na medyo nilandi!) They were very cool in participating in the show’s concept. (walang ka-ere ere! Naiinlove na lalo ako sa inyo mga bro!)
Gulf is the soft-spoken guy in the group. He would try to speak in English for everyone to understand but if he wanted to express his thoughts more, he would speak in Thai and ask the help of an interpreter. (lakas maka-miss universe!) He also received numerous good comments from the online viewers. (hindi nagpapatalo mga fans nya! Laging handa sa hanash!)
Nonkul is my crush. I first saw his charm on his movie Bad Genius (na isa mga paborito ko ha!). He was fun to be with especially when he smiles everytime I would call him “baby” in the show. (feeling ko close na kami!) He sang “Dahil Sa'Yo” of Inigo Pascual several times during the live streaming because it seemed it gave him the “last song syndrome” (dahil dyan yan na theme song natin bro!)
Mario is definitely the most experienced celebrity in this line-up of endorsers. He has done a lot of projects in and out of Thailand. He has also become part of Philippine showbiz. (kaya dapat maging leading lady mo na rin ako!) He has maintained that “kilig-aura” (yung parang gusto mong i-hug at i-kiss!) He believes that his love for skateboarding makes him fit and fresh. (i-angkas mo ko bro!) I will not forget his gesture of making a personal thank you message for me before the show ended. (I love you bro!)
Congratulations to TNTCON2021 for bringing positive vibes through Thai Superstars and Filipino ambassadors, multi-talented actress Sue Ramirez and Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo. (feeling ko talaga ka-tropa ko na sila!)
