Soriano Avenue, Intramuros, Manila,” the poll body said in a statement.

The poll body, however, reminded the public that they should first make an appointment before going to the Comelec office.

“Applications for the issuance of voter certification are by appointment only. Together with our ‘no face mask, no face shield policy,’ this will ensure that we are protecting the safety of the public, even while the NCR (National Capital Region) Plus remains under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine,” said Comelec Spokesperson James Jimenez.
