
President Duterte has either appointed or promoted 26 more prosecutors for the Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Secretary Menardo I. Guevarra said on Monday, May 3.
One of those promoted is Biliran Provincial Prosecutor Edna P. Honor. Six were promoted to the posts of assistant state prosecutors. They are Ma. Richell Q. Oliva, Glacy S. Tabirara, Honey Rose E. Delgado, Angel L. Miranda Jr., Jenny A. De Castro and Mary Jane W. Sytat.
The 19 other prosecutors will be assigned to different posts in the DOJ’s National Prosecution Service nationwide. They are:
Cañete-Tupas, Mae T., Prosecutor II, Davao City; Trinidad-Geocaniga, Cherry Lynn M., Prosecutor II, Davao City; Suarez, Delfin Mait Jr., Prosecutor II, Davao City; Batbatan, Ramier Gulane, Prosecutor III, Cagayan De Oro City; Embido-Buenaventura, Crystal Dei L., Prosecutor III, Makati City; Reniva, Joseph Redito, Prosecutor II, Albay;
Sicangco, Paulo Alberto Tejada, Prosecutor II, Manila; Mondragon, Alan Michael Del Rosario, Prosecutor III, Parañaque City; Casiño, Rhett Saligumba, Prosecutor II, Lapu-Lapu City; Ocaso, Melchor Vacaro - Prosecutor II, Capiz; Molo, Junalit Gierran, Prosecutor II, Cebu; Ortiz, Martin Iñigo Carbonilla, Prosecutor II, Manila;
Dura, Blair Malinao, Prosecutor I, Digos City; Santos, Honorio Romano II, Prosecutor III, Makati City; Ong, John Yu, Prosecutor III, Makati City; Maladaga-Pe, Arabella L., Prosecutor II, Palawan; Dolina, Percival Palencia, Prosecutor III, Tacloban City; Hernandez, Katrina Peñaflor, Prosecutor I, San Pablo City; and Monserate, Zhella Angeles, Prosecutor IV, Camarines Sur.
Last April 30, the President also approved the appointments and promotions of 26 prosecutors for the DOJ’s main offices on Padre Faura Street in Ermita, Manila and for the department’s various prosecution offices nationwide.
