OMG! Derek Ramsay reveals breaking up with Andrea Torres over the phone

In a rare instance, newly-engaged hunk actor Derek Ramsay opened up about his split with Andrea Torres late last year.

In an interview with Cristy Fermin on "Cristy Per Minute," the 44-year-old actor revealed he's actually the one who called it quits.

“Yung sa amin ni Andrea, it was actually may problema na nangyari na, I guess, nagbigay sa akin ng sign na, I think, this relationship, our views... yung problemang ‘yon, yung values namin, ng isa’t isa, is not the same," he shared.

"Hindi mali yung values niya, hindi mali yung values ko. Pero ganito ako pinalaki, ganoon siya pinalaki," he expounded. "Hindi ko na aatakihin ‘yon, hindi ko siya babaguhin. Hindi niya ako babaguhin."

So Derek just told the 30-year-old sexy actress that they should just end their relationship because they cannot see eye to eye on the matter.

"'So I think it’s just best na kumalas na tayo ngayon rather than lalaki pa, and then two, three years down the road, maghihiwalay tayo. Babalikan natin ito kasi nga iba ang views natin sa problemang ‘yan, and it’s a waste of time and it’s a waste of effort… masakit, di ba?"

The conversation all happened via phone.

"Yon lang yung siguro, kung may regret ako is that it came up over the phone," he said. 

"Actually, dapat magkikita kami noon, ang nangyari, it came up over the phone, pero with no disrespect. Hindi namin dinisrespect ang isa’t isa. She agreed also."

Recall that last November when Derek ended the speculations about their break-up.
