Derek Ramsay bursts into tears after son calls him 'dad'

Actor Derek Ramsay who just announced his engagement with Ellen Adarna cried moments after his son Austin called him "dad."


"He called me Dad!! Thank you Lord for showering me with your love and blessings! @din_g thank you for capturing this moment. I will always remember this special day. I can truly sa my life is perfect now. love you @austinn_ramsay," wrote Derek on Instagram April 1.

In a touching video, Derek and Austin were seen having a heart-to-heart talk.


Later, Derek asked his son to stand up and gave him a tight embrace. Then the hunk actor burst into tears.

Austin is Derek's son by his previous marriage to Mary Christiner Jolly. Derek and Mary got married in 2002 but they separated a year after.
