LOOK: Is this the site of KathNiel's 'future' home?

Fans are congratulating longtime reel and real couple Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla on Twitter.

This was after Min Bernardo, Kathryn's mom, uploaded a short clip video of them visiting a property located on a hill.

"Dahil diyan kay Ton Lao nakabili kami ng lupa dito -- sa kakulitan niya," Min could be heard saying as she panned the camera showing the stylist and the couple.

Meanwhile, Min captioned her tweet with: "Ang pagbisita sa future."

Though she didn't confirm if she meant that it would the site of Kathryn and Daniel's future home, fans were excited about it.

Note that a few weeks ago, the two talked about settling down.

Around this time last year, Kathryn shared behind-the-scene photos taken during groundbreaking of her "dream house."

"Dreams do come true! Welcoming my birthday this year with one of the greatest gifts I could possibly ask for: My family’s dream house. It was a special day for all of us as the construction of our future home officially began, and I want to share this moment with all of you," she wrote as caption.

Kathryn added it is their first-ever house to be built from scratch, and that it took them three years of preparation before it got the greenlight.

Architect Don Lino said Kathryn's house will be designed to maximize the view as the lot is located on a hill.

Kathryn celebrated the groundbreaking with her parents Teddy and Min, as well as her sister Chrysler and her niece Lhexine. Of course, her boyfriend Daniel was also at the ceremony.

"So finally natuloy na 'yung house. Kasi ang tagal na 'tong pinaplano pero parang hindi siya meant mangyari three years ago, then last year. So ayun finally matutuloy na siya. Actually aside sa akin, 'yung bahay na ’to talaga for Mama and Papa. Ito 'yung dream house nila. So sa lahat ng tinarabaho at puyat ko, mangyayari na siya," she proudly said. "So excited kaming buong family kasi first house namin. Sana maging smooth lang buong proseso, kasi ang daming aayusin. So sana it's a positive journey sa pag-gawa."
