Now in their 20s, celebrity couple Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla are already talking about their future.
During the actress' recent concept vlog called "Questions I've Never Asked My Boyfriend," Daniel shared his two cents about them settling down.
Kathryn asked, "Does it offend you whenever people ask us about getting married and I reply with 'matagal pa, di pa kami ready?'"
Daniel replied, "'Di naman... ayoko rin naman madaliin."
"Pero sa akin lang, 'wag lang din tayo male-late. 'Yun lang 'yung akin," he added.
Daniel went on to note how people seemingly always don't have enough time to do what they want.
"Alam mo na 'yung sinabi ko sayo. 'Pag minsan ang dami mong gustong gawin 'di mo napapansin napag-iiwanan ka na," was how he put it.
"Minsan puro na lang tayo gusto natin 'to, gusto pa natin gawin 'to... magigising na lang, naiwan na ako."
But Daniel reiterated he respects Kathryn's decision to tie the knot when they're ready.
"Mahirap 'pag pinagsisihan mo. Tandaan mo hindi nababalik ang oras."
If ever, they want to have two kids in the future.
Kathryn also asked Daniel if he sometimes regrets meeting her at a very young age.
"Hindi ah!," Daniel said.
Kathryn interjected: "Swear?"
"Oo naman! 'De, totoo 'yan kasi siyempre I mean wala namang hinahanap na oras ang pagmamahal," he explained. "Kung para sayo, para sayo. Kahit maaga man o late."
"Eh nagkataon na tayo maaga. Walang problema. At least maagang nabigay sa akin tsaka at least maaga mo rin ako na guide kahit minsan ang kulit mo na."
Daniel assured Kathryn that their almost nine-year relationship never became a hindrance to him doing things he wants.
"Wala ako na miss. Bago pa din maging tayo, ako, nagawa ko na rin naman lahat. Lakwatserong bata naman ako... Kahit tayong dalawa naman, nagawa ko pa din ang mga gusto ko," he reiterated.
In the latter part of the clip, Daniel and Kathryn gave some relationship advice to keep a romance alive.
First is "love each other," followed by "keep each other in mind when planning for the future and dream together," then "always make an effort to make each other special," and lastly "always make one another feel loved and appreciates each other."
Kathryn then thanked her "boyfriend, love, and everything" for allowing her to do a vlog for an Valentine's day episode after how many attempts.
