President Duterte appoints 20 DOJ prosecutors

President Duterte has appointed 20 prosecutors for the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) various prosecution offices in the country, Justice Secretary Menardo I. Guevarra said on Monday evening, March 1.

Guevarra said the DOJ is expecting that the appointments of 20 more prosecutors will be released soon by the Office of the President.

Last Jan. 19, the President appointed Undersecretary Jon Paulo V. Salvahan and 24 prosecutors.

The new appointees are:

Penilla, Theresa Rabulan, Prosecutor I, Legazpi City; Salcedo-Rafael, Anna A., Prosecutor II, Cagayan De Oro City; Marasigan, Allan Sly Montecillo, Prosecutor II, Cavite; Peña-Mallanao, Ana May Concepcion C., Prosecutor II, Cagayan; Castro, Jenny Banzuela, Prosecutor I, Batanes;
