This pandemic turned the whole world upside down. And as the months moved on, lives and businesses began to adjust. Many negativities came out of this lockdown. Businesses have come close to collapse, others did, many jobs lost, most restaurants which are hard hit are on the brink of bankruptcy, relationships broken, and many more. But there too is a positive side to all this. To me, this forced situation made us all realize what’s important in life. Family! Relationships were restored, many homes because of survival or boredom had to start home businesses to survive and realized they had hidden talent that was just waiting to be released. I on the other hand discovered many new dishes all made from home and born out of the pandemic. One thing this pandemic cannot break is the spirit of Christmas giving. So here is my Christmas suggestion list for the year 2020.
