As a struggling young student, Carl Adaron had to find ways to earn extra income for himself. One of the blessings that he received was the opportunity to be part of Philippine Stagers Foundation. (ay basta ako may make-up foundation!)
“Siempre kailangan ko ng dagdag na paglilibangan at pagkakakitaan. Nung nakita ko yung Philippines Stagers Foundation, nag-audition ako. at nagpapasalamat ako na natanggap naman ako. at nagkaroon ng ilang mga projects sa kanila.” Carl recalls. (dapat pinuntahan mo rin ako bro!)
It was a dream come true for Carl because he really wanted to be an actor: “Bata palang ako, pinangarap ko na yung umarte. Nkakatuwa kasi nabigyan nila ako ng chance . Una kong nakukuha mga role sa comedy at mga rom-com.” (tara sa mag-rom com tayo bro!)
As a resident actor of their theatre guild, he has done numerous roles, including some daring characters: “nagkaroon kami dati ng experimental play. May frontal nudity. Nakahubad kaming lahat. Tapos papatayin kami isa-isa.” (ay dapat mapanood ko yan, gawa kayo part 2!)
Carl’s passion for acting opened new doors for him. He is one of the lead stars of the newest BL series on line titled: “Why Love Why “ Produced and Directed by the guild’s head, Atty. Vince Tanada. (ay hello po atty!)
“first time ko po makakuha ng ganitong klase ng character. Na iba po sa nakasanayan ko na. kapartner ko po rito yung fellow theater actor ko na si Johnrey Rivas. Pinaghandaan po talaga namin ito at yung mga eksena naming dalawa. “ Carl says. (sana sinama nyo ko sa paghahanda nyong yan. Nagdala sana ako ng pansit!)
But aside from pursuing a showbiz career, the 21 year old Elementary Education Student also wants to be an inspiration to future generation. “Graduating na po ako. Gusto ko rin po maging teacher sa mga bata. Para maituro sa kanila yung mga bagay na kailangan nilang malaman sa paglaki nila. Isa sa pwede kong ituro ay Physical Education. Simula bata po kasi varsity nako sa Badminton.” (puntahan mo ko bro, papa-tutor ako!)
