Niche property developer Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. expects to generate P2.5 billion in revenues from Juan Luna Logistics in Binondo, Manila, its fifth warehousing facility.
In a statement, Anchor Land CEO Steve Li said they have started construction of the facility because “small medium enterprises (SMEs) have been demanding for affordable and highly accessible storage areas.”
“Anchor Land continues to be a proactive business partner of local entrepreneurs in building and strengthening their respective businesses by providing efficient solutions to their logistical requirements,” added Li.
Juan Luna Logistics is a modern storage building that offers spacious units with a density of only eight units per floor.
With each unit having generous space, tenants can dedicate an area for office purposes or use it as a display area for their clients. Further, each unit has a provision for toilet and air conditioning.
Catering to local entrepreneurs who are engaged in wholesale trade, the 29-storey building will be located in front of 168 Shopping Mall, one of the most popular wholesale shopping centers in Divisoria.
With the close proximity of the warehouse, tenants will be able to transport their stocks conveniently into their retail stalls and minimize their transportation cost.
The warehouse facility offers 24-hour security with CCTVs.
Juan Luna Logistics follows the success of One Soler in Binondo, and One Logistics, One Shopping Center and Two Shopping Center in Baclaran.
