Iwa Moto to those suffering from mental health issues like her: 'Be Brave'

Former actress Iwa Moto is not ashamed to admit she has been battling mental health issues for years now.

She is urging those going through the same to be brave as her in a recent post.

Iwa wrote as caption to a photo of an arm with the words "warrior," "I am still fighting but I know I am winning..."

She added, "Life can be cruel sometimes. And a lot of times people around us can be cruel too! But know that you are not alone. Family and friends will always be there for you. And find comfort that God is beside you always."

"Having mental health problems is no joke. I would never wish this kind of illness to anyone. So please if you are suffering seek help. Dismissing your emotions is never the answer. We should stop the stigma that seeking help from doctors will categorize you as crazy. Always remember that, We all need help," she urged.
