Messenger soon to allow users delete sent messages within 10 minutes

Facebook's Messenger Kids is being rolled out for Apple iOS mobile devices in the United States on a test basis as a standalone video chat and messaging app. (AFP / MANILA BULLETIN) (AFP / MANILA BULLETIN) The feature listed as 'Coming soon' was spotted by a Twitter user. It was included in the release notes for version 191.0 of Messenger's iOS client. "Remove a message from a chat thread after it's been sent. If you accidentally send the wrong photo, incorrect information or message the wrong thread, you can easily correct it by removing the message within ten minutes of sending it," it wrote.
