Pasay LGU to complete cash aid distribution before May 15

The Pasay City government will finish the distribution of financial assistance of P1,000 up to P4,000 to remaining 10% beneficiaries affected by the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ).

Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano said the remaining 10% beneficiaries or a total of 22,000 individuals belongs to Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps).

Rubiano had a meeting with 188 leaders of 4Ps on May 12 to ensure the guidelines on the standard health protocols set by the Inter-Agency Task Force (ITAF) will be followed during the payout.

She said the city government will finish payout from Thursday up to Friday at Cuneta Astrdome day before the May 15 deadline given by the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG).

The city government had already finished about 98% on the distribution of financial assistance to beneficiaries.

Rubiano said the city government received from the national government a total of P348-million from the national government for distribution to 123,000 individuals listed and approved by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) National Capital Region.
