Who is Angel Locsin addressing in 'flooding, landslide, pollution' post?

Known for being only too vocal in expressing her opinions, Angel Locsin is again making much noise in social media sharing her two cents on the recent floods.

In a recent Instagram story, the 35-year-old actress posted:

"They are going to ask what you did, when you knew about those companies responsible for the flooding, landslide, and pollution that affected the people."

Many are now wondering who she is reffering to with the post.

Some are egging her to name the companies she believed responsible for the whole mess.

Prior, Angel posted a video of late environment secretary Gina Lopez, who once enraged the mining industry when she stripped some of them of their certificates due to alleged violations.

Lopez's appointment as Environment Secretary was rejected by the Commission on Appointments (CA) citing incompetence.

Angel said: "If only they believed you, Ms. Gina Lopez."
