Landslides reported in Nueva Vizcaya; several roads not passable
NUEVA VIZCAYA – The Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) here said on Monday, November 9, that several roads were being cleared due to landslides caused by continuous rains that have hit the province since Friday.

PDRRMO said one such road was the Bayombong to Ambaguio Road-Daclig section where a landslide occurred.
There were also clearing operations being undertaken at the Kayapa Proper Provincial Road.
In the municipality of Kasibu, there is also an ongoing clearing operation along Kasibu-Bambang road via Antutot and Bua due to scattered stones. This road was passable to motorists.
However, the Kasibu- Quezon via Tadji, also in Kasibu, was totally closed due to a series of landslides.
The PDRRMO also reported that a family was evacuated from Purok 4, Poblacion to the barangay hall because of a landslide.
There was also reported power interruption in Kongkong Valley .
Meanwhile, the Macalong to Cordon overflow bridge was also not passable to any kind of vehicle, as of press time.
