PRC sends notice about group using PRC logo

The Continuing Professional Development-Providers Association of the Philippines (CPDPAP) is not in any way connected to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

The PRC said this is in a Notice to the Public posted on their Facebook page Saturday.

In the notice, the commission said the group is also not given permission to "use the PRC logo and seek membership to all CPD Providers."

"PRC therefore is not accountable for the accuracy, veracity, or content of any information provided or appearing in their website and social media accounts as they are not officially published by PRC," read the post.

"Further, PRC is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for damages of any kind arising out of use, reference to, or reliance on any information contained in their website and social media accounts," it further read.

According to PRC, their official website is www.prc.gov.ph while its official Facebook page is https://www.facebook.com/professionalregulationcommission.

"The PRC will continuously take measures to protect the public from false and misleading information, especially those concerning CPD," said PRC.
