Huawei announces MateBook D14

huawei Huawei has launched the new MateBook D14, which is targeted to a younger audience. If you use a Huawei smartphone, then you should know the new MateBook supports Huawei Share, a file-sharing feature between devices. Wang Yinfeng, President of PC and Tablet Product Line, Huawei Consumer BG, said: “For our PC products, we have stayed true to our mission to bring new experiential innovations with every iteration. With the 14-inch HUAWEI MateBook D 14, we focused on delivering the best user experience to young consumers. Even though it’s stylish, powerful and intelligent, it is much more than just a productivity driver – it is the perfect all-scenario device that excels at both work and play.”   The MateBook D14 sports a 14-inch FullView Display with a resolution of 1080p. Huawei prides themselves the laptop as a TÜV Rheinland certified for low blue light emission.  It's also only 4.8mm, easily making it one of the lightest laptops to have around. Under the hood, the MateBook D14 AMD Edition is powered by a 12mm AMD Ryzen 5 3500U or Ryzen 7 processor, followed by an AMD Radeon Vega 8 Graphics. It has 8 gigs of RAM and uses and SSD, which helps give the MateBook D14 some performance speed.   As for pricing concerns, the MateBook D14 with Ryzen 5 costs P39,990, while the one with Ryzen 7 is at P42,990. Both variants will be available from June 29. Huawei has an early bird promo, where purchasing a D14 between June 29 to July 3, will include a pair of Huawei Freelace earbuds, a Huawei Bluetooth mouse, and a backpack. Any purchases of the D14 and Huawei's other MateBook, the D15 (P37,990) from July 4 to 31, can still get a Huawei backpack.
