Rhian Ramos on body shamers: 'I know myself...'

If you are among those worried with Rhian Ramos looking a tad too slim nowadays, fret not.

The actress made clear she doesn't suffer from any eating disorder.

She's actually losing weight on her own terms.

As to body shamers making fun of her physique she said, “I just take it with a grain of salt ... it doesn’t really hurt my feelings. I own many mirrors and part of my job is to know what I look like.”

“I don’t think I ever hear something that I don’t expect first because I know myself,” she added.

Her advice to those who doesn't appreciate her look?

“If there’s someone who doesn’t like with my body, e ’di wag nila gawin sa sarili nila,” she said.

“'Yung sarili kong gusto, taste, at health goals ang susundin ko.”
