“Using a 70 percent isopropyl alcohol wipe or Clorox Disinfecting Wipes, you may gently wipe the hard, nonporous surfaces of your Apple product, such as the display, keyboard, or other exterior surfaces,” Apple said.
However, Apple warned the users not used bleach and avoid getting moisture in any opening. It also said not to submerge their products in any cleaning agents.
According to a published report, the Wall Street Journal tested it and found that the quality of an iPhone8 screen wasn’t greatly affected after more than 1,000 wipes from disinfecting wipes.
The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said it may be possible for a person to become infected by touching a surface or object that has the virus on it and then touching their own mouth, nose, or eyes.
Meanwhile, the World Health Organization (WHO) Representative in the Philippines Dr. Rabindra Abeyasinghe emphasized the importance of frequent hand-washing, maintaining social distancing, and observing cough etiquette following the health concerns brought by COVID-19.
The number of cases of COVID-19 worldwide has crossed 110,000 people in 100 countries and territories and left more than 3,800 dead, according to an Agence France Presse tally on Monday.
