Tagle asks faithful to pray for those affected by Typhoon 'Ursula'

"We really cannot schedule when things like this will come," added Tagle. The Manila prelate asked the faithful to be in "solidarity" with the people in the Visayas at this time. "I'm inviting everyone to pause and in a moment of silence pray for our brothers and sisters living on the path of the typhoon," said Tagle. "Ursula" entered the Philippine area of responsibility, Monday. As of 7 a.m. Wednesday the eye of the typhoon was located 30 kilometers Northwest of Roxas City, Capiz or 95 km South Southeast of Romblon, Romblon. According to the weather bureau, "Ursula", was moving west at 20 kilometers per hour with maximum sustained winds of up to 140 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 195 km/h.
