Lollipop packed in condom wrapper found in Ilocos

By Gabriela Baron A mother was surprised after finding out the lollipop her child bought was packed using condom wrappers in Barangay Garetta, Badoc, Ilocos Norte. Soledad Duelos said her child vomited after eating the said lollipop which was sold in a sari-sari store near their house. Duelos opened the lollipop's foil pack and discovered that it is covered using a wrapper from a known condom brand. She immediately reported the incident to the police, bringing 10 more lollipops that her child earlier purchased. Duelos added that according to the store owner, the lollipop was bought from Vigan. An investigation is already being conducted by the Municipal Health Office.
