Here’s how a Filipino developer is ticking off every box on the list. 1. Suntrust is the sum of many decades of expertise in the real estate business: Megaworld, Suntrust, and Stateland. And despite being born at the height of the Asian financial crisis, it survived and even thrived. 2. Homes for Manileños: it pioneered quality but affordable homes in the heart of Manila. 9. Suntrust turned dreams into reality by giving each of the three BIG Pinoy Big Brother Otso winners – Yamyam Gucong, Kiara Takahashi, and Yen Quirante – their own condominium units.
