Wong Chu King Foundation, Inc. donates to Mater Dolorosa Parish in Capas, Tarlac

Last June 25, 2020, the Wong Chu King Foundation, Inc. (WCKFI) went to Mater Dolorosa Parish in Capas, Tarlac to entrust its donation consisting of hundreds of packs of rice and cases of bottled drinking water.

The goods were intended for the beneficiaries of four barangays in Capas, namely, Brgy. Dolores, Estrada, Sta. Rosa, and Calawa. 

The recipients are composed of workers who lost their jobs during the Covid-19 pandemic. 

The donation was made by WCKFI through the initiative of Rev. Melvin Castro, parish priest of Mater Dolorosa Parish. This donation is part of a series, the foundation’s little way of trying to alleviate the hardships suffered by members of society that are gravely affected by Covid-19.
