Jolo Estrada plays the third wheel to Lovi Poe and Carlo Aquino in 'Seasons'

Actor Jolo Estrada has been getting good notice lately. And it’s all because of the new romantic film “Seasons”, which recently became the number one most-viewed film on Netflix Philippines since it started streaming last July 7. In the film, Jolo plays the third wheel to the characters of Lovi Poe and Carlo Aquino. He plays the role of Hans, the colleague, and office-mate of Charlie, portrayed by Lovi Poe, who incessantly pursues her.

But when Hans later realizes that Lovi is hopelessly in love with her best friend, Kurt, portrayed by Carlo Aquino, he faces a dilemma. Will he still go after her or will he just surrender to a broken heart? Jolo is grateful to producer Roselle Monteverde for giving him an opportunity to be part of this project. “It has been almost seven years since I first appeared on the big screen with my father’s film production, so I had jitters when I first came to the set of ‘Reasons’ in Ilocos, but the cast and the crew welcomed me like family, including my co-actors Lovi and Carlo and our director Easy Ferrer,'' Jolo confesses. ”They made me feel at home,'' he adds.

“Seasons” has now also entered the top 10 most-viewed movie charts of Netflix in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Kuwait. The new film, which was conceptualized by Lovi Poe with a screenplay by Dwein Baltazar, is now streaming on Netflix all over the world. Catch it and fall in love.
