Markus Paterson breaks silence on split with Janella Salvador

Actor Markus Paterson has revealed that he and partner Janella Salvador have broken up for almost a year now.

Markus wrote on Instagram: "Just to be clear up the facts, me and Janella have been broken up for almost a year."

According to him, the mother of his son Jude is "happy" with her life, and so is he.

Despite the breakup, Markus said that their priority is their 23-month-old baby boy.

"What I said in the podcast wasn't actually about her, but I understand that it was open to misinterpretation because of the way I phrased it & since we never actually announced our break-up," he said, seemingly referring to his viral statement where he vowed to never date anyone from showbiz again.

Prior, Janella describing herself as a “single mom” in an interview with Bernadette Sembrano also went viral.
