Fire hits residential area in Malabon City

A fire gutted a residential compound at the corner of Valdez and Hernandez Streets in Brgy. Catmon, Malabon City on Thursday, Nov. 18

The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Public Information Office said the blaze reached the first alarm at around 6:00 p.m. and was raised to second alarm at around 6:16 p.m., then to third alarm at around 6:33 p.m.

Supt. Eduardo Loon, BFP Malabon director, declared the fire under control at about 7:16 p.m.

The fire was extinguished at around 8:41 p.m.
