As first reported by USA Today, Henry joins Goldberg, the Dudley Boyz, Jeff Jarrett, Ivory, Hilbilly Jim, Kid Rock and Jarrius "JJ" Robertson in the 2018 class which will be inducted during WrestleMania weekend in New Orleans, Louisiana.
WWE Chief Operating Officer Paul Levesque (Triple H), confirmed the induction of "The World's Strongest Man" on Twitter.
"An olympian, strongman, and champion, @TheMarkHenry has made an indelible impression throughout his 20+ year career. From the #HallofPain to the #WWEHOF...Congratulations, Mark!" Levesque posted.

In 2013, Henry appeared on an Raw and had fans believing that he was going to retire. But Henry's emotional farewell speech turned out to be a swerve as he went on to challenge John Cena for the WWE championship.
