Jane De Leon denies dating rumors with Rob Gomez

Actress Jane de Leon has finally dispelled the rumors about her dating Kapuso actor Rob Gomez after they were seen together in Taiwan.

In an interview with TV Patrol, Jane shared that she felt terrible after Rob apologized to her regarding the dating issue.

"Nung time na nag-upload ako, minsan na nga lang mag upload sa instagram [laughs], nahagip si rob. Then hindi namin alam na nagka-article na kami. I feel bad lang din kay rob kasi nagso-sorry siya sa akin, sabi niya sa akin, 'Jane, nadamay ka pa," Jane said.

(When I uploaded, I seldom posted on Instagram [laughs], and Rob got caught in the camera. Then, we didn't know that we had an article. I also feel bad for Rob because he apologized to me; he said, 'Jane, you got dragged into this.')

Jane and Rob became famous after Jane posted a video of herself doing a reaction while eating Ichiran noodles for the first time. In the middle of the video, Rob briefly glanced at Jane's video before returning to his side.

Jane and Rob collaborated for the first time on the movie "Shake, Rattle & Roll Extreme" in 2023. They are currently working on a new horror film titled "Strange Frequency" with Enrique Gil and MJ Lastimosa. The film is scheduled to premiere at the Metro Manila Film Festival.

Meanwhile, when asked about her relationship status, Jane confirmed that she is single and open to dating.

“May mga nagpaparamdam naman (There are people who are making their intentions known). I’m open about it,” she said.
