On his Facebook page, Sir Wilbert launched his own FB Public Service Program entitled "Dear Wilbert," where actors give life to the characters of letter senders who are in need. At the end of the show, Ka-freshness addresses and gives a solution to the problem of the letter sender.

In its first episode, the life-savings of the letter sender were wiped out when the family's sari-sari store went bankrupt because of their good-for-nothing neighbors who always grabbed the goods without paying any single cent. In street parlance, it is called 'palista.' 

Because of bankruptcy, the letter sender resorted to the so-called 5-6, where they loan a sum of money from a loan shark with a huge amount of interest every month. The letter sender was hopeless and had nowhere to go. Hence, he tried to write a letter and share his plight with Dear Wilbert.

The letter didn't go unnoticed because Sir Wilbert personally picked his letter and addressed it with a skincare starter pack business and some start-up cash capital for his new journey.

Sir Wilbert will continue to feature new stories in his new project, the Dear Wilbert FB Public Service program, which is currently trending in social media.
