Heartthrobs in Sarah Geronimo concert

Fans will be thrilled to find four of the country’s heartthrobs – Billy Crawford, Xian Lim, Daniel Padilla and James Reid – performing with Sarah Geronimo in her concert “This 15 Me” on April 14 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. The concert is produced by Viva Live, the concert and events subsidiary of Viva Communications, Inc. Sarah Geronimo Sarah Geronimo “This 15 Me” is Sarah’s first concert in two years and it is in celebration of her 15 years in show business. One of the major entertainment events of the year, the show is directed by Paul Basinillo with Teacher Georcelle as dance director, and Louie Ocampo as musical director. The concert will showcase Sarah’s myriad talents and her accomplishments as singer, actress and concert draw. Sarah was discovered by Viva when she won the “Star For A Night” singing contest in 2003. Boss Vic del Rosario saw in her immense potential as performing artist and so he did not think twice to sign her up as talent. At the moment, Sarah is filming the musical comedy “Miss Granny” which is her follow up to last year’s “I Finally Found Someone.” Directed by Joyce Bernal, the movie stars James Reid and Xian Lim. Sarah is also finishing work on her new album. Her latest single “Sandata” is available online.

Important awards Imelda Papin can now affix the title “Dr.” to her name after receiving the U.N.Honorary Degree (Honoris Causa) from the 38th People’s Choice Awards and the 2018 Global Peace Prize Awards where she was also 2018 Gawad Musika awardee. Imelda is currently the president of the Actors Guild of the Philippines. As such, she recently worked for the medical insurance coverage of the guild and Showbiz Industry Alliance members under Philhealth led by its president Dr. Celestina Ma. Jude P. dela Serna. Also last year, Imelda, in behalf of the Actors Guild, signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Social Security System to provide benefits for members of the two associations.
