Liza Soberano has impressed many with her appearance in "Lisa Frankenstein," her Hollywood debut.
Among them is American filmmaker Joe Russo who took to X to praise Liza.
According to Joe, “Lisa Frankenstein” director Zelda Williams and screenwriter Diablo Cody "found a superstar in Liza Soberano, who steals every scene she's in.”
Prior, “Lisa Frankenstein” lead stars Kathryn Newton and Cole Sprouse also lauded Liza.

Kathryn said, "We love Liza, like so much. She’s also portraying one of the difficult characters in the film. I think it’s really hard to play a mean girl and she does it so brilliantly because you love her every single time she opens her mouth."
She went on: "She got the role and she understood the character and the complexity of that, and it’s not just how sweet she is as a person. She’s playing this character and she was the best. It was the biggest reflection of her professionalism... we’re so grateful to be her first Hollywood movie.”
Cole added, "I think she’s incredible. It was very obvious that Liza had cut her teeth and really become like an Olympian, like a professional, very quick and was able to conquer emotions and skills within scenes that would have taken a long time, and it’s sweet and it’s not mean."
