Man wanted for exploiting daughter for cyber porn arrested in Pampanga
CAMP OLIVAS, San Fernando City, Pampanga – Police arrested in Mabalacat City, this province, after two years of hiding Thursday a 29-year-old construction worker who allegedly exploited his daughter for cyber pornography in 2018.

The Mabalacat police said the suspect was arrested through an alias warrant of arrest for violation of Section 4(a), in relation to Section 3(a)(j), Section 6(a)(d), and Section 10 (e) of Republic Act No. 9208, as amended by RA 10364 (the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003) in relation to Section 4(c)(1) of RA 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012) under Criminal Case No: 26100 issued by Judge Maria Amifaith S. Fider-Reyes of the San Fernando City, Pampanga RTC Branch 42 dated Aug. 30, 2018.
No bail was recommended for the suspect’s freedom.
Human trafficking charges were filed against the suspect and his wife in 2018 for exploiting their minor daughter for cyber pornography.
His wife had been convicted and he went into hiding until he was arrested by Mabalacat police led by Police Lt. Colonel Rossel Cejas.
PRO3 Regional Director Police Brig. Gen. Valeriano T. de Leon commended the operating troops for a job well done and added that continuous intensification of manhunt operations against wanted persons within the region is being carried out to account for all persons sought by law in line with the directives of PNP chief Police Gen. Debold M. Sinas.
