CSC Integrated Records Management Office closed for disinfection starting Oct. 5

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) announced Saturday that its Integrated Records Management Office (IRMO) will be closed for five-day disinfection starting Oct. 5.

"The CSC Integrated Records Management Office (IRMO) shall undertake disinfection measures of its premises from 5 to 9 October 2020,” it said in an advisory dated Oct. 2, 2020 signed by CSC Director IV Maria Leticia G. Reyna.

Reyna said those who request for IRMO services, including the certification and/or authentication or certified true copy of their service eligibility and service records, may transact business through their new web-based online scheduling application, known as the Online Registration, Appointment, and Scheduling System (ORAS).

"In this regard, clients requesting for CSC IRMO services are advised to transact business online through the Online Registration, Appointment, and Scheduling System (ORAS) at https://services.csc.gov.ph,” she said.

She said during the disinfection period, documents or printed communications, including mail deliveries from couriers and postal services, shall be received through a drop box at the CSC main entrance in Quezon City.

"The CSC security guard on duty shall facilitate the recording of all documents submitted through the drop box and ensure the safety of said documents,” Reyna said.

Last July, the CSC Central Office in Batasan Hills in Quezon City was closed down for 13 days to undertake disinfection measures of its premises, after it recorded four confirmed cases of COVID-19. It opened its doors to the public on Aug.3.

In an advisory last Sept. 30, the CSC announced that the enhanced ORAS for service requests at the CSC Central Office, Batasang Pambansa Complex can be accessed at https://services.csc.gov.ph/ effective Oct. 1.
