Ica Frias, one of OPM’s fresh artists in the music industry, is set to captivate audiences once again with her latest single titled "Close." The song, filled with raw emotions and tender melodies, beautifully captures the universal sentiment of longing and missing someone close to your heart.  Inspired by her own personal experiences, Ica Frias poured her heart and soul into creating "Close," which was co-written with Daniel Paringit, mixed and mastered by WORD Entertainment Production, and produced by Ricky Ilacad of Off The Record.  The songwriting process was driven by a profound desire to convey the longing and ache that comes with missing a cherished family member or a beloved companion. Through her heartfelt lyrics and soulful vocals, Ica manages to strike a chord with listeners, touching the depths of their emotions.  When asked about the inspiration behind "Close," Ica Frias expressed, "The feeling of longing was the driving force behind this song. I wanted to create a musical piece that resonates with people who yearn for the presence of someone special in their lives."  Accompanying the release of "Close" is a visually stunning single artwork captured by Aly Quinones, which perfectly encapsulates the essence of the song. The chosen key visual portrays a shadowy figure amidst the foreground, symbolizing the presence of the missed individual. This artistic representation beautifully complements the musical journey offered by Ica Frias in "Close."  In a recent interview, Ica Frias shared a captivating trivia about the creation of "Close," recounting their time in Zambales, "We actually finished writing the song in Zambales, courtesy of my co-writer, Daniel Paringit. It's incredible how inspiration can strike in unexpected places!" With "Close," Ica Frias aims to evoke a range of emotions in her listeners.  She encourages them to embrace their feelings, allowing the song to serve as a therapeutic outlet for their longing hearts. It is Ica's hope that "Close" becomes a poignant anthem, a song that resonates deeply with listeners and provides solace during moments of yearning.
