Anchor Land tops off Manila condo

The 43-story luxury condominium, which offers views of Manila Bay and the Metro Manila Skyline, has a limited number of 50 units of luxurious residences and exclusive premiere club amenities. The prime residence offers world class amenities which includes a function hall, theater room, fitness center, children’s club, garden deck, yoga room, game rooms, KTV room, spa and wellness rooms. “Manila’s rich culture reflects the influence of Spanish and Western aristocrats. She added that, “together with our project team and project consultants, we carefully designed Admiral Grandsuites to become a new landmark along Roxas Boulevard that offers luxury living experience by the bay.” Admiral Grandsuites is part of Anchor Land’s Admiral Property which includes the 53-storey luxury Admiral Baysuites and the Admiral Hotel, the latter which is set to become part of the MGallery Collection of Accor Hotels. The project is highly accessible to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and CCP Complex. It is also near the SM Mall of Asia complex and the booming Entertainment City which is home to world-class hotels and casinos.
