Popular Youtuber Pewdiepie reacts to local whirlwind love story

By Rizal Obanil Popular YouTuber Pewdiepie, who has 104 million subscribers, couldn’t help but be curious and find out for himself what the buzz was all about with the supposed “90-day fiancee”. The show centers on Big Ed, an American who flies all the way to the Philippines to finally meet his fiancee, Vega, from Caloocan City, Philippines. Even at the onset, Pewdiepie was very skeptical that the love story will have a happy ending. "This is a recipe for disaster. The fact that he's lying...," he commented at one point. He had then found that Ed lied about his height and on whether or not he wanted to have kids. At first, he was skeptical about Vega’s intentions, even having a pre-conceived notion that the latter was a gold digger. But when he saw the living condition of the Filipina, he eventually changed his mind. Unfortunately for the would-be couple, the relationship eventually soured and they separated, just like Pewdiepie, predicted. The popular YouTuber wasn’t able to finish the entire video but hinted of a follow-up near the end of his reaction video. The reaction video has been viewed more than 8 M times since it was posted two weeks ago.
