Samsung Galaxy A6: First impressions

We’ve always been impressed with Samsung’s Galaxy A phones. You can just imagine how excited we were about learning this year’s Galaxy A6. Premium design and an upright specs sheet, the new Galaxy A6 is looking out to be one of 2018’s standout phones. The A6 looks stunning. It fits just right in the hand. It’s a little heavier compared to other Samsung devices but we had tried but this only tells us that the A6 is better built. The 5.6-inch Super AMOLED screen is easy on the eyes and, as expected, very responsive. It’s powered with an Exynos 7870 octa core processor with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. There’s a second configuration where the A6 comes with 4GB and 64GB internal storage. It ships out with a 3000mAh battery, which is becoming the standard these days. Both the front and rear camera sports impressive 16MP. The pictures captured are bright and vivid with colors. Besides fingerprint sensors, the A6 features facial recognition. From our quick initial tests the facial recognition is fast, accurate, and reliable at most times. We'll need a bit more time to test this in other situations. So far, the Samsung Galaxy A6 is a gorgeous phone. Expect a full review soon!
