By MB Online The new University of the Philippines College Admission Test (UPCAT) schedule will be on October 27 and 28. Moreover, the UP System advised the UPCAT examinees to hold on to the test permits issued to them by the UP Office of Admissions. The UPCAT was postponed this month because of typhoon "Ompong."
