UP Diliman's Archives Division opens for limited in-person service

The University Archives Division of the University of the Philippines Diliman (UPD) University Library announced on Monday, June 6 that they will allow limited in-person service starting on Tuesday, June 7.

This will be open to UP faculty, staff, and currently enrolled students only.

Those who are planning to visit must follow the steps below:

1. Fill out the Appointment form at https://tinyurl.com/23nz8y3r and wait for a confirmation notice to be sent via email within 24 hours.

Only five users can be accommodated at a time on a first-come, first-served basis and walk-ins will not be entertained.

2. For currently enrolled students, present your proof of enrollment. For faculty, REPS, and admin staff, bring your UP ID.

3. Follow safety and health protocols

The University Archives Division is temporarily located at the Old Chemical Engineering Laboratory Building, Magsaysay Ave. within the UPD campus.

It is the official archival agency of UP established in 1974 which houses University records of permanent value and permanent papers of University administrators, faculty, and alumni.
