Power service interruption to hit parts of Manila

Several areas in Manila will experience power interruption on Tuesday, Aug. 16.

The Manila Electric Company (Meralco) said the scheduled temporary power outage is due to the relocation of facilities affected by the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX)-South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) Connector Road along New Antipolo St. in Tondo.

Power interruptions will occur between 12:01 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., and 5:30 a.m and 6 a.m. in the following areas: Portion of Juan Luna St. from Bulacan St. to Banal St., including Jollibee, Chowking, Mang Inasal, Super 8 Grocery Warehouse, and St. Joseph School of Gagalangin.
