The National Youth Commission (NYC) central office in Quezon City will remain closed until further notice amid the recent surge of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases in the country.

A disinfection of the office premises will also be facilitated after an employee tested positive for COVID-19.
The central office first closed for disinfection on Thursday, March 18, "to ensure the safety of all NYC personnel" amid the increasing rate of COVID-19 infection cases in Quezon City.
