Central Luzon PNP has new regional director

CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga -- Police Brigadier General Jose S Hidalgo Jr is now the new director of the Police Regional Office-Region 3 (PRO3). B. General Hidalgo Jr took the post vacated by PBGen. Cesar Pasiwen who retired from the Philippine National Police service on Wednesday, Feb. 22. The change of command ceremony was held at the PRO3 Patrol Hall, Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga with PNP Chief Rodolfo Azurin Jr as the presiding officer. Prior to his assignment to new post, BGen. Hidalgo Jr was previously assigned at PRO3 as the Battalion Commander. “I am elated to work with you, we shall align with the program thrust of our Chief PNP’s M+K+K=K (Malasakit + Kaayusan + Kapayapaan = Kaunlaran),” said BGen. Hidalgo Jr. “We should continue to intensify our anti-criminality programs to sustain if not surpass the gains we already have as well as our continued efforts on anti-illegal drugs,” added BGen. Hidalgo Jr. BGen. Hidalgo is a member of PNPA Tagapagkalinga Class ’91. Hidalgo was also the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) Deputy Regional Director for Administration before assuming his post as PRO3 Regional Director.
