Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) chairman Martin Delgra III directed all his regional directors to submit their Statements of Assets, Liabilities and Networth (SALN) as they will be subjected to a lifestyle check in a bid to "eradicate graft and corruption in the government."

"The LTFRB will continue to aggressively push its anti-corruption campaign, and shall remain unrelenting in investigating and conducting audits on its employees and officials. (The Board) will not spare anyone from administrative sanctions if found guilty of graft and corruption," Delgra said.
Delgra also ordered the reshuffling of all cashiers in the central office, pending results of a thorough investigation regarding corruption in the agency.
Apart from the reshuffle, the LTFRB chairman also issued a memorandum to relieve all security guards manning the agency's main office along East Avenue in Quezon City.
Delgra's directive came following the joint entrapment operation of the Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA), the Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) and the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) last week which led to the apprehension of an alleged "fixer" within the premises of the LTFRB.
The suspect, identified by authorities as Rose Lawerda, was arrested inside the LTFRB compound near the cashier for allegedly "selling slots" for transport network vehicle service (TNVS) application.
"We will undertake all necessary measures to reassure the public of LTFRB's commitment to transparent, accountable and corruption-free service to our stakeholders. Wala po tayong palalampasin dito," Delgra said.
Meanwhile, the LTFRB chief also released a memorandum on Monday.
