Vallo is new PNP Cordillera region director

CAMP DANGWA, Benguet -- Police Brigadier General Noel Vallo officially assumed the position of Regional Director of the Police Regional Office Cordillera Administrative Region (PRO CAR) during a Turnover of Command Ceremony held at Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City, on August 28.
The ceremony marked the formal transfer of command from PBGen.Ericson Dilag, the outgoing Regional Director of PRO CAR.
The ceremony was presided over Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Gen Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr., and attended by members of the PNP Command Group and other distinguished guests.
A highlight of the ceremony was the reading and signing of the Assumption of Office, formally installing Vallo as the new Regional Director of PRO CAR. The ceremonial turnover of the Office Symbol and Property Equipment Inventory Book likewise signified the formal transfer of command, accountability, and responsibilities to the new leadership.
In his inaugural address, Vallo outlined his vision for PRO CAR and expressed his commitment to lead the regional police force with professionalism, integrity, and dedication to public service.
A native of Dagupan City, Pangasinan,Vallo is a graduate of the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA), Class of 1995 “PATNUBAY.” His return to the Cordillera marks a homecoming, having previously served in PRO CAR as Chief of the Regional Logistics and Research Development Division (RLRDD) from 2016 to 2018.
Years after his previous assignment in the region, Vallo returns to PRO CAR in a higher capacity, this time as its Regional Director, bringing with him extensive experience and a renewed commitment to serving the people of the Cordillera.
