PCSO medicine donation program augments healthcare support for PNP Quezon City

The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) has extended healthcare assistance to members of the Philippine National Police (PNP) in Quezon City through its Medicine Donation Program.
Assistant General Manager for the Charity Sector, Atty. Lauro A. Patiag, led the turnover of various medicines to the PNP Quezon City Medical and Dental Unit and the PNP-QC NCRPO Legal Office, with each beneficiary receiving medicines worth ₱30,000, during a simple ceremony held on Aug. 12, 2026, at the Conservatory Building in Mandaluyong City.
Deputy Chief Captain Atty. Mark Lawrence A. Patiag received the donated medicines on behalf of the PNP-QC NCRPO Legal Office, while Police Lieutenant Colonel Clarissa Modes accepted the donation on behalf of the PNP Quezon City Medical and Dental Unit.
The initiative forms part of PCSO's continuing efforts to expand the reach of its Medicine Donation Program, which aims to provide much-needed medical assistance to institutions and communities across the country.
By supporting the healthcare needs of police personnel, the agency reinforces its mission of bringing essential medical services closer to those who dedicate their lives to protecting the public.
Representatives from both beneficiary offices expressed their gratitude to the PCSO management for its continued support, emphasizing that the donated medicines will significantly contribute to the health and well-being of police officers and personnel serving in Quezon City.
Through programs that promote equitable access to healthcare, PCSO remains steadfast in its goal of improving the quality of life of Filipinos and ensuring that medical assistance reaches those who need it most.
