- PBB star Ralph Malibunas shares a frightening fall that left him with a head injury and reminds fans to take it slow when getting out of bed.
A simple morning routine turned into a frightening experience for former “Pinoy Big Brother: Kumunity Season 10” housemate Ralph Malibunas.
Ralph recently shared that he ended up injuring his head after an unexpected fall at home.
The Star Magic artist and online personality opened up about the incident on social media, using what happened to him as an opportunity to remind others to be more mindful when getting out of bed.
The accident happened shortly after Ralph woke up. He said he stood up from his bed and suddenly experienced a change in his vision. Before he could regain his balance, he fell and struck his head.
He was later taken to a hospital for medical attention.
Although the incident was unsettling, Ralph chose to share the experience because he wanted others to take the warning seriously.
“Sharing this not for clout, but for awareness,” he said in his post.
Ralph's main reminder was directed at people who tend to get out of bed immediately after waking. Instead of rushing to stand, he encouraged everyone to pause first and give their bodies a chance to adjust.
His suggested routine is simple: sit up, breathe for a few seconds, and only stand once you feel steady.
For Ralph, the experience showed how quickly an ordinary moment can become dangerous.
He admitted that he was grateful to have come through the incident and have the opportunity to turn it into a lesson for others.
“Thank You, Lord, for giving me a second life,” Ralph shared.
He also urged his followers to pay attention to warning signs rather than forcing themselves to move quickly.
“Please take care of yourselves, lalo na pagkagising,” he reminded.
